Metal Sheet Production Line  Embossing Shearing And Slitting Machinery

For the photo you saw as above, this production line combined with the uncoiling, leveling, embossing,

shearing and slitting, recoiling function together.

This production line work flow is:

Uncoiling---leveling---embossing---slitting& shearing---tensioning& preassigned damping--- recoiler.

All these functions I mensioned all separate, that means you can choose the machine you need to use.

The decoiler can loading 10 Tons coil, and wen matched loading car for easily put on the coil.

On the decoiler roller, we designed a press arm on it to ensure the coil won't loosen.

The decoiler work type is hydraulic working, so it can be control by PLC control system.

After uncoiling, there has a shovelhead on the leveling machine to help send the material into the leveling rollers.

When material finished the leveling, if you no need embossing, can make the material go through from the bottom of the embossing machine.

Next, when enter the slitting& shearing machine, there also have leveling device before slitting cutter, that will make sure the material is very flatness.

If the material finished slitting and don't shearing, next you will need tensioning& preassigned damping.

Because it will make sure each strip will in tense situation. (That is preapre for wrapup)
