Automatic High Specification Hydraulic Decoiler With Loading Car And Guiding for different coil

Usage:

Decoiler is for the metal coil(or other material )uncoiling to be straight and smooth ,then easily for the feeing to the machine like slitting,cut to length and roffing,etc.

This machine is the high configuration of the decoiler,It has the guiding,loading car and pressure  arm,mergency stop device.

	The stroke of the coil car is 300 mm
	It is driven vertically by hydraulic cylinder with strong guide pillars.
	The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the decoiler.
	Function: It is used to lift up and down, move forward and back to make it easy to load the coils on decoiler. Hydraulic controls lifting, motor drives moving. The car is controlled on the auxiliary control panel. Its moving speed is 6-7 m/min. When the coils on decoiler, the car will return back to the start position. It can also carry back the unfinished coils from decoiler.
Hydraulic decoiler	Supporting the coils and doing uncoiling. The capacity is 10 Tons(max).
	This is the core part of the decoiler. It has four fan parts, By adjusting the fan expansion or not, we can finish loading coil to big or small part.
	It adopts the hydraulic oil cylinder to make the decoiler expandable and fit to the inner diameter of coils. It is equipped with the cantilever.
	Transmission part in external frame, the motor, reducer through the 3 chain driven reel spindle rotation, and also achieve positive and negative uncoiling and coiling.
	Position roller at back, this shaft or roll is used for positioning the coil and make it steady when it works. Meanwhile it also fixes coil in case of loosing.

	This machine is a single cantilever hydraulic expansion type uncoiled, the spindle part, transmission part, support the composition
	The decoiler is equipped with the brake system

1.For the long distance from the factory to  the working place.

As this machine has the guiding, and the length can be customed.So you can load the steel coil on the loading car ,and use the romote control ,making the loading car go forward till to arrive the support arm.

Then you can control the loading car up or down ,make the coil into the support arm.

2.For the heavy coil.

When the coil is very heavy,it is hard for people manual loading and transmission,this type decoiler is full automatic machine.

3.This machine has the pressing arm.

It can help you press the coil when machine work. When the material goes to very thick, the raw material is easy to peel off. The pressing arm is conrolled by the Pneumatic device. It needs air pressor. It work like

an arm, it can help you hold the coil tightly.

4.Having the emergency brake

It can make the process of the coil going forward stop emergency,when there is some material accumulation.
