One set production line can make three kind of shutter door strips.
These three kind shutter door design can be change freely.
If you don't want to punching holes, just stop punching machine running.
If no need rib and knuring, just raise up the two rollers, and then roller won't roll forming ribs and knuring.

This is the manual decoiler with 1.5 tons loading capacity.
The roller can hold tight the coil and also have hand brake system.
The transmission we use gear to ensure the machine stable running.
The machine structure one side is vertical arch iron casting structure, another side is middle plate.
The feeding device have hand wheels to adjust the feeding width.
Also have oiling system to provent the rollers from rusting.
The PLC control system will be installed on the machine, that means when you received the machine, no need to install the PLC control system.
The cutting system use three pieces cutting design. We ensure no burr, no curve.
